The Excision METALIUM XDP2000 is a Semi-Synthetic Bio Stable Water Soluble Cutting Fluid. It has been formulated as an coolant that can be used on a wide range of ferrous or non ferrous metals and increase tool life and provide extended sump life. When mixed with water it forms a stable milky solution.

Recommended Mix Ratio:

20:1 (5%) for general metal working applications

15:1 (6.3%) for cutting hard materials

10:1 (10%) for harsher application such as tapping and broaching
